Trying to conceive? Gain a deeper understanding of how nutrition can support your body and optimize fertility in a way that feels both grounded and empowering. This class offers a thoughtful, supportive space to learn how what you eat can influence hormonal balance, egg quality, and overall reproductive health—helping you feel more informed and intentional on your fertility journey.

  • BFC’s fertility courses are for individuals and couples at any stage of the conception process, whether you are just starting to research your options or you’ve been doing fertility treatments for months without success. These classes are informational and applicable to people who are conceiving through intercourse, using donor conception, or using any number of ART procedures (IUI, IVF, etc).

  • Partners are always welcome!

  • I’m a midwife, not an OB or doctor, so my approach tends to be more holistic, while still clinically grounded and evidence-based. I have supported hundreds of people to become pregnant, both through providing IUI procedures and through counseling and consultation, and through years of clinical experience I have seen what works and what doesn’t. All of my offerings, including my classes, are individualized and attentive to the whole person.

  • My fertility classes are for anyone looking for more information about optimizing their chances for successful conception. While I highly recommend these classes for anyone working with me for IUI, as they greatly support the process, they are applicable to many contexts.
